It’s easy to live life unwisely...all you have to do is live as humanly as possible. 

I go to work, more often then not, with my mind set on work; I don’t frequently go to work saying to myself, how do I make the most of this opportunity?  What can I do for my coworkers today to show them that I love Christ?

The trouble with Christians today is not our hearts; our hearts are still compassionate; the trouble with Christians today is their minds—it’s set on all the wrong places.  24/7 the mind most be set on God.  When you leave for work, you shouldn’t say to your loved ones, ‘bye, I’m going to work,’ you should say, ‘bye, I’m going to serve God!’

If we go to work believing it is just a job, then all we are going to accomplish is our job; but if we go to work believing we are going to somehow serve God in what we do, then that’s what we will do.

Wisdom is not logic; wisdom is when you come to a point in your life when you don’t have to think about serving God—you’re already serving him. 

How do you live?

​Homosexual in Iran? Death to you. They are not alone. Brunei, Mauritania, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Yemen all have the ability to enforce such a ruling. 75 other countries can criminalize you for being homosexual.

I’m not going to make this political. Let’s keep our opinions about whether or not homosexuality is wrong to ourselves for a moment, because there’s a bigger issue at hand—one that we should all be able to get together. The issue is this: homosexuals are human beings; they have rights as human beings.
 
When homosexuals are being murdered or locked up with the countries seal of approval, I hope the love of Christ convicts you enough to say that sort of thing is not right.
 
Christians persecution is a big deal—as it should be; churches talk about it; pray about it; support helping people in these countries. Why? Because no one deserves to have their life or rights stripped from them because of how they believe. Unless they are homosexual—at least that’s how it seems.
 
Of all the people who should be stepping up to voice their outrage, it should be Christians—Christians who want to show how actions speak louder than words.
 
The fact that you may not believe as they believe should be all the more reason to love them—we are called to love all people, but we are especially called to love the people where that sort of thing is unexpected. It’s how Jesus Christ loved—and last time I opened my Bible, that’s the life we were supposed to model; Jesus wasn’t at churches giving out love—he was loving the adulterous, the gentiles, the people outside the walls of church.
